Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 on the protection of personal data.

Dear visitor, pursuant to art. 13 and 23 of D. lgs. June 30, 2003, n.196 we wish to inform you:

The user’s personal data will be used by the site in compliance with the principles of privacy protection established by Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and other applicable regulations. This information relates to the personal data sent by the user at the time of registration, as well as those obtained from visits to and navigation on our Site. LOVELY EU OÜ subjects the personal data of users to all the processing operations specified in Legislative Decree 196/2003 – that is, the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection and any other operation that is useful for the provision of the services requested from us, including the communication of such data to third parties, where necessary – mainly using automated and computerized methods. Such data may also be organized in databases or archives. In particular, the purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:

(a) to provide the services provided;

b) to provide information and/or send communications relating to the service;

c) provide for all possible accounting and fiscal fulfilments;

d) to trace back to authors of possible illicit actions only in case of specific requests and on behalf of the competent authorities.

If the user has given appropriate consent:

e) provide information and/or offers on services that LOVELY EU OÜ and/or affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, as well as business partners and outsourcers that may be deemed of interest to the user, without this resulting in the transfer of personal data to third parties.  LOVELY EU OÜ undertakes never to pass on the data of its customers to third parties;

f) verify the quality of the services offered, also by offering after-sales services;

g) send communications and advertising information regarding its own products and initiatives and those of third parties;

h) satisfy market and statistical surveys, marketing and product preferences;


The customer can access their data at any time and exercise their rights under Art. 7 D. Decree 196/2003.

Personal data are divided into two categories: compulsory and optional. The provision of compulsory data and its processing for the purposes indicated above are strictly functional to the execution of the services indicated. Any refusal by the user to provide such data or any refusal to allow their processing will make it impossible for LOVELY EU OÜ to provide the service offered.

The other data collected serve to help LOVELY EU OÜ offer an ever-improving service. With respect to these, the client is free to provide them or not.


LOVELY EU OÜ informs that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, users have the right to:

a) to know the existence of data processing concerning them;

b) be informed of the identity of the data controller and data processor;

c) obtain from the owner of the treatment: the confirmation of the existence of personal data, their communication and their origin, as well as the logic and purpose of treatment;

d) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully;

e) the updating, rectification and integration of data;

f) certification that the operations referred to in the preceding paragraph have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated and / or disseminated;

g) oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the treatment;

h) modify their consent, subsequently opposing, in whole or in part, the treatment for purposes of commercial information or for carrying out market research or commercial communication and the like.

From the same interface, the user can request the cancellation of the receipt of periodical information that is not service related, i.e. necessary for the execution of the purchased services, provided by LOVELY EU OÜ .
